MS|奇妙探索——生物课上的趣事

In Grade 6 science class, we had an interesting activity called "Campus Life Exploration." We left the classroom and ventured into the school campus to experience the thrill of investigating biodiversity and exploring the presence of organisms in their natural environment. The activity also taught them how to properly observe and record the characteristics, behaviours, and habitats of different organisms. By using observation sheets or notebooks, they documented the species, quantities, and features they observed. This activity helped develop their observation and recording skills while fostering an understanding of the significance of biodiversity and ecosystems.

In Grade 7 class, we are studying the human digestive system and conducting activities to explore its functioning and the importance of food nutrition. Through hands-on experiments, students observe the digestion process in organs such as the mouth, esophagus, stomach, and small intestine, deepening their understanding of digestive organ functions and coordination.

In Grade 8 biology class, we engaged in a series of practical activities, including plant asexual reproduction, experiments on chicken egg structure and function, and silkworm rearing. Through these activities, we delved into the processes of biological reproduction and development, while fostering students' observational and recording skills. We gained firsthand experience with the life cycle and reproductive process of silkworms. We observed the development stages and characteristics of silkworm eggs, larvae, pupae, and adult butterflies. By providing suitable food and environmental conditions, we observed and documented the growth and changes of silkworms. This activity provided us with a deeper understanding of insect reproductive methods and life cycles.
